Flows

The emails that run every day, on their own.

Triggered by what a shopper does: leaving a cart, joining the list, browsing the catalogue.

Abandoned cartLicensed apparel and gifts

Peanuts Official Store

The job: Bring a shopper back to the cart they left.

What to notice

  • The cart comes first, with each item, its quantity and its price, so there is nothing to remember.
  • One button, View my cart, before anything else on the page.
  • Recommendations from the same range sit below the ask, so they add options without competing with it.

Welcome offer reminderRugs and home

Kukoon Rugs

The job: Turn a new subscriber's welcome code into a first order before it runs out.

What to notice

  • The 10% offer shows at the top, in the middle and at the end, so it is never more than a scroll away.
  • Three customer reviews, each with a photo of the rug in a real room.
  • A plain no-pressure line before the last button, instead of another countdown.

Bestseller discoveryHandmade home décor

Hartsmede

The job: Help someone browsing a large handmade catalogue find a first piece.

What to notice

  • Four bestsellers, each card carrying its sale price and the multibuy offer.
  • The brand story sits between the products, not in front of them.
  • A shop-by-category grid at the end for people who are still deciding.

Campaigns

The emails we plan around launches, offers and seasons.

Sent to a chosen segment on a chosen day, each with one job.

Conviction limited offer email, shown in full

Limited offerSkincare

Conviction

The job: Get customers who own one oil to try the second.

What to notice

  • The offer is capped at the first 20 orders, a real reason to act without a sitewide discount.
  • A free mini with the order rather than a code, so nobody learns to wait for one.
  • Customer reviews follow the products, and the two-oil bundle comes last as the next step.

Seasonal saleErgonomic chairs

LiberNovo

The job: Turn the last days of a sale into orders for a high-ticket product.

What to notice

  • It opens with a customer's story before any price is shown.
  • Straight after the story come the saving and the last three days of the sale.
  • The sale's benefits are set out as a short list: price guarantee, extra savings and free gifts.

Product launchSupplements

Striv Labs

The job: Launch a new formula to people who already buy the range.

What to notice

  • What the product does is explained before the offer appears.
  • Existing customers are pointed to the stack, so the launch sells a second product too.
  • One launch code with a limited window, and one button.

Clients

In their words, once the flows were live.

Results stay under NDA. What clients chose to say about the work does not.

  • Petworld.ie
The flows just made sense. Customers were getting the right email at the right time and it showed.

Irish pet supplies · Shopify · repeat purchase

  • Myntgift.com
We went from batch-and-blast to actually strategic. The difference in engagement was immediate.

Lifestyle · welcome series and VIP programme

  • CocoLash.com
Churn dropped, reviews went up, and repeat orders followed. That was the whole point.

Beauty · replenishment, reviews and loyalty

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I see the results for these emails?

Not by name. Most of our clients are under NDA, so we show the work in full and publish results only when the client confirms the figure from their own platform report. On the audit call we can walk you through anonymised account work.

Do you design the emails or only plan them?

Both. We write the copy, design the email and build it in your platform, along with the flow logic and segments behind it. Everything stays in your account.

Which platforms were these built on?

We work on Klaviyo, Omnisend, Brevo and Attentive, and the design follows each platform's editor and limits. The same thinking applies whichever one you use.

Can you redesign the flows we already have?

Yes, and it is often where the fastest gains are. The audit ranks your existing flows by the revenue they are missing, and the rebuild usually starts with the top three.

Let's talk email, SMS and the repeat revenue you actually want.

We work on Klaviyo, Omnisend, Brevo and Attentive. Ready when you are: talk to the person who will run your account, not a sales rep.
