The best Klaviyo agencies for Shopify brands in 2026 include Chronos Agency, Flowium, Andzen, Underground Ecom, Fuel Made and YOCTO, all listed at Klaviyo’s top Elite Master tier, along with Sticky Digital and Swanky at Platinum Master and BS&Co and Top Growth Marketing at Gold Master. We checked every tier in Klaviyo’s own partner directory on 8 October 2026, and took every other fact from the agency’s own website.
Retention Control wrote this guide and is listed first. Its team is a Klaviyo partner through its sister agency, Aqsa Shahzad Official, but has no listing in Klaviyo’s public directory, and its entry says so. For agencies compared on retention work across every platform, see our comparison of the best retention marketing agencies for ecommerce.
By our count, Klaviyo’s directory listed 670 partners on 8 October 2026: 47 at Elite Master, 158 at Platinum Master, 119 at Gold Master and 128 at Silver Master, with the rest on Klaviyo’s referral-only Advisor track or listed without a tier. A tier tells you how Klaviyo rates an agency’s volume and certification. It does not tell you the price, the team size or whether the agency suits a Shopify brand of your size, which is what this guide adds.
- Eleven agencies, six of them at Elite Master.
- Tiers come from Klaviyo’s directory, not from the agencies’ own websites, and we show where the two disagree.
- Prices: four of the eleven publish a monthly price.
- Disclosure: Retention Control is our agency. It is in Klaviyo’s partner programme but claims no tier, and the table shows that.

What Klaviyo’s partner tiers mean
Klaviyo ranks agency partners as Silver, Gold, Platinum or Elite, and only partners at Silver and above appear in the public directory. The second word on a badge is the track: a Master partner runs Klaviyo accounts for clients, while an Advisor partner refers business to Klaviyo but does not manage accounts. Elite Master, the top combination, is held by 47 agencies.
Two things follow. A higher tier says the agency manages more Klaviyo revenue and holds more certifications; it says nothing about whether it suits a $2M Shopify brand. And a partner below Silver will not appear in the directory at all, so an agency can be a genuine Klaviyo partner without a listing. Our guide to what kind of agency to hire for customer retention explains how to check other platforms’ directories the same way.
When a Klaviyo specialist is the right hire
- You are on Klaviyo and staying. A specialist gets more from flows, segments and predictive fields than an agency that spreads across platforms.
- You are moving to Klaviyo. Migrations lose consent records and flow history when done badly. Sticky Digital, Underground Ecom, Swanky and Chronos all publish a migration service.
- You want one team for the store and the email. Fuel Made and Swanky build Shopify stores as well as running Klaviyo.

The 11 best Klaviyo agencies for Shopify brands
1. Retention Control: best for $500K to $2M brands that want flows and campaigns in one fee
Retention Control is a retention-only agency for Shopify and DTC brands. It builds and runs Klaviyo flows and segmentation alongside Omnisend, Brevo and Attentive, and publishes two retainers on its pricing page: $3,500 a month for brands doing $500K to $2M a year and $5,500 a month above that, both starting with a free 60-minute audit of the account. The first 90 days are the build, then the retainer runs month to month.
What to know: Retention Control’s team is in Klaviyo’s partner programme under its sister agency, Aqsa Shahzad Official, but has no listing in Klaviyo’s public directory, which starts at Silver tier, so it claims no tier. It does not yet publish client results either. If a directory tier or a published Klaviyo case study is your first requirement, start with the Elite Master agencies below. Our retention marketing services page explains what each retainer covers.
2. Chronos Agency: best for brands above $100K a month that want a large team
Chronos is listed at Elite Master and runs email, SMS, push and more for ecommerce brands. It says “There are about 80 of us looking after around 60 brands, so the people on your account have time for it.” (Chronos). Its email page states “We work best with ecommerce brands doing $100K+/month that treat email as a strategic growth channel.” and cites a named result: “When Chronos rebuilt lifecycle flows for Fenix, owned-channel revenue scaled from 23% to 71%.” (Chronos).
What to know: it publishes no price and says “We work in 24-week sprints.” (Chronos), starting with four weeks of strategy. It lists offices in Sydney and Singapore.
3. Flowium: best for an Elite-tier team on month-to-month terms
Flowium is listed at Elite Master and describes itself this way: “Flowium is a retention marketing agency that helps ecommerce brands grow more profitably through email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing.” (Flowium). Its FAQ names Shopify and Shopify Plus first among the platforms it supports, and one case study is titled “How The Sports Edit Achieved +28% YoY Growth During BFCM” (Flowium).
What to know: “We offer month-to-month contracts with a 60-day cancellation notice requirement.” (Flowium). It advertises transparent pricing but shows no figure, so expect a quote after a call. Its team works from more than 24 countries.
4. Andzen: best for Shopify Plus brands with customers in several regions
Andzen is listed at Elite Master and calls itself a Shopify Plus Partner. “Our US office is based in Richmond, Virginia, serving brands across the United States” (Andzen), with further offices across Australia, Canada, Europe, Peru and the Philippines. A recent case study is headlined “Chef’s Edge Unlocks $148K in Monthly Flow Revenue Within 60 Days of Going Live With Andzen” (Andzen).
What to know: “Our prices are custom and based on the scope of work.” (Andzen), and engagements typically run four to six months. Its US page says it is “one of just five globally” at Klaviyo’s top tier (Andzen); the directory listed 47 Elite Master partners when we checked.
5. Underground Ecom: best for UK and EMEA Shopify brands that want email, SMS and WhatsApp
Underground Ecom is listed at Elite Master and is based in London. It says “We run email as a core retention channel inside one Klaviyo-led programme that also covers SMS and WhatsApp, delivered end to end by a fully allocated team.” (Underground Ecom), and names AG1, Huda Beauty, Virgin, Oh Polly and Osprey among its brands.
What to know: its homepage gives its team as both 120+ and 100+, and its client and revenue figures differ between pages, so ask for current numbers. It publishes no price and no minimum term. It lists migrations from Mailchimp, Attentive, Omnisend and others.
6. Fuel Made: best for $10M+ Shopify brands that want Klaviyo and site work together
Fuel Made is listed at Elite Master and says “We are Shopify Plus Partners specializing exclusively in Shopify since 2010.” (Fuel Made). It describes itself as “a group of ~20” with headquarters in Washington state, and it works with “DTC ecommerce brands doing $10M–$50M+ in annual revenue” (Fuel Made).
What to know: “We have packages starting around $3,000 for a more DIY option, but most clients engage us for a monthly retainer.” (Fuel Made), and the retainer price is not published. “Most of our clients start with a 3-4 month engagement and then reassess.” (Fuel Made). It also sells site design, development and CRO.
7. YOCTO: best for subscription brands above about $5M
YOCTO is listed at Elite Master and works with “DTC and subscription brands roughly in the $5-150M range” (YOCTO), mostly in the US and UK. It publishes three plans from €5,500 to €10,000 a month: “About $6,000 to $11,000. Month to month, with 10% off a 6-month commitment and 15% off 12.” (YOCTO).
What to know: “No setup fee, no revenue share, and no minimum term.” (YOCTO). It is a small, Cyprus-based team that caps its client numbers, and its prices put it above the budget of most brands under $5M.
8. Sticky Digital: best for $5M+ beauty, wellness, food and apparel brands
Sticky Digital is listed at Platinum Master and calls itself “Shopify’s Premier Retention Marketing Agency” (Sticky Digital). It works with “DTC brands on Shopify doing $5M–$100M+ in annual revenue, primarily in beauty, wellness, food and beverage, and apparel.” (Sticky Digital), and runs email, SMS, loyalty and subscriptions together.
What to know: it publishes no price and says “We take on a small number of clients at a time.” (Sticky Digital). Klaviyo migrations are free. One case study reports that Nest grew its subscription programme by over 200% in a year.
9. Swanky: best for Shopify Plus subscription brands that want the store and Klaviyo from one agency
Swanky is listed at Platinum Master and has worked only on Shopify since 2012, with offices in the UK, Australia and France. It describes itself as “the go-to agency for DTC subscription brands on Shopify” (Swanky) and offers Klaviyo setup, migration and campaigns: “From planning and copywriting, to execution and reporting, we provide a comprehensive Klaviyo campaign management service.” (Swanky).
What to know: Swanky is a full-service Shopify Plus agency, and Klaviyo is one of its service lines. Its published results, such as a 74% year-on-year revenue rise for Shackleton, combine several services rather than email alone. It publishes no price.
10. BS&Co: best for smaller brands that want a published rate card
BS&Co is listed at Gold Master and works with “DTC ecommerce brands, mostly on Shopify with Klaviyo.” (BS&Co). It publishes a rate card from $1,323 a month for 6 emails, or $2,818 with strategy and Klaviyo SMS, and cites “Olympia Provisions 10% → 50% email revenue in 6 weeks” (BS&Co).
What to know: its homepage says “$2,024/month to start for fully managed.” (BS&Co), a different figure from the rate card, and “Month one is a trial, no commitment.” (BS&Co), followed by a six-month term. It is a team of about 10 in Portland, Oregon.
11. Top Growth Marketing: best if you want Klaviyo inside a wider growth agency
Top Growth Marketing is listed at Gold Master and publishes its fees: “Our fees range from $2,000 to $10,000 per month depending on list size, send volume, flow complexity, and SMS scope.” (Top Growth Marketing). It names Fresh Patch, Home Chef and Atlas Coffee Club among its clients.
What to know: “Engagements are month-to-month with a 30-day notice period and a first-month money-back guarantee.” (Top Growth Marketing). A table on the same page starts its range at $3K, and email is one of several services alongside paid social and search.
When an agency’s website and Klaviyo’s directory disagree
Tiers can change, and an agency’s own pages can fall behind. When we checked on 8 October 2026, these agencies described a different status from the one Klaviyo’s directory showed. That is not a judgement on their work; it is a reason to ask which tier is current:
- Stimulate says it is “a certified Klaviyo Platinum Partner” (Stimulate); the directory lists it at Gold Master.
- The Email Marketers describes itself as an “Elite Klaviyo partner” (The Email Marketers); the directory lists it at Platinum Master.
- Magnet Monster cites “Master Elite Klaviyo partner status” (Magnet Monster); the directory lists it at Platinum Master.
- 58 Clicks describes its team as “Klaviyo Master Gold Partners” (58 Clicks); the directory lists it at Silver Master.
- Netalico says it is “a Klaviyo Gold Partner” (Netalico), and Flypost calls itself a “certified Klaviyo partner” (Flypost); neither appeared in the directory. Partners below Silver are not listed, so ask either agency for its current tier.
How we chose these agencies
We downloaded all 670 entries in Klaviyo’s partner directory on 8 October 2026 and copied each tier from the agency’s own listing page. Every other fact comes from the agency’s own website. Clutch ratings, review sites and other agencies’ “best of” lists were used only to find candidates.
We kept agencies that show Shopify or Shopify Plus work on their own sites and offer ongoing Klaviyo management. We left out agencies whose sites showed no Shopify work, one whose site looked unmaintained, one that sells Klaviyo work only by the hour, and agencies that do not appear in the directory and gave us no other basis to assess them. Tiers and prices change, so check the directory link in each entry before you sign.
Questions to ask a Klaviyo agency before you sign
- What tier and track does Klaviyo’s directory show for you today? Open the listing together. Master means it runs accounts; Advisor means it refers.
- Who on my account holds Klaviyo certifications? Tiers depend on certified staff, but the certified people are not always the ones running your account.
- What share of your clients’ Klaviyo revenue comes from flows, and can I see a report? A Klaviyo specialist should answer with numbers from the platform.
- How do you handle a migration? Ask what happens to consent records, suppression lists and flow history.
- What does Klaviyo itself cost at my list size? The platform bills you directly, and its price rises with your contacts.
Final thoughts
Check the tier in Klaviyo’s directory, not on the agency’s website, and then judge the agency on what the tier does not show: price, team size, contract terms and Shopify results that match your size. The Elite agencies here suit brands that have outgrown a small team; the priced Gold-tier and unlisted options suit brands still building their programme.
