The best Omnisend agencies in 2026 are the ones that show Omnisend work on their own websites and can be checked against Omnisend’s public partner directory. CLVmaxers, Enflow Digital, NFQ.email and Ecommerce Boost are the strongest specialists; this guide compares them, four more and Retention Control. It sits alongside our comparison of the best retention marketing agencies for ecommerce and our guide to the best Klaviyo agencies for Shopify brands.
An Omnisend agency sets up and runs the platform for you: the automation flows, the segments, the campaigns and, often, the migration from another platform. Omnisend suits Shopify and WooCommerce stores that want email, SMS and web push in one tool, and most of the agencies here are smaller and more specialised than the large Klaviyo shops.
Every fact below comes from the agency’s own website, and each directory tier comes from Omnisend’s agency directory. We checked both on 7 October 2026.
- Nine agencies, from Omnisend-first specialists to web agencies that add Omnisend.
- Two sources per agency: what its own site says, and what Omnisend’s directory shows.
- Prices: three of the nine publish them.
- Disclosure: Retention Control wrote this guide and is listed first. It is not listed in Omnisend’s directory, and the table says so.

What Omnisend’s partner tiers mean
Omnisend’s directory labels agencies as Partner, Pro Partner or Strategic Partner. The labels come from Omnisend, not from the agencies, which makes them the most reliable check on a partner claim. When an agency’s own wording is stronger than its directory label, or it calls itself a partner without appearing in the directory at all, ask what the claim is based on.
When an Omnisend agency is the right hire
- You are on Omnisend and want to stay. The platform’s flows, segments and SMS sit in one place, and a specialist will get more from it than a generalist who prefers Klaviyo.
- You are moving from Klaviyo to save money or simplify. A migration done badly loses consent records and flow history. Pick an agency that publishes a migration process.
- You run WooCommerce or Magento. Omnisend connects to WooCommerce, Enflow Digital publishes a Magento 2 integration, and several agencies here work beyond Shopify.
If you have not chosen a platform yet, read our Omnisend vs Klaviyo comparison first.
The 9 best Omnisend agencies for ecommerce brands
1. Retention Control: best for brands that want Omnisend run as part of a full retention programme
Retention Control is a retention-only agency for Shopify and DTC brands. It builds and runs Omnisend flows and segmentation alongside Klaviyo, Brevo and Attentive, and recommends Omnisend for catalogues where email, SMS and push in one workflow matter more than Klaviyo’s depth. It publishes two retainers on its pricing page: $3,500 a month for brands doing $500K to $2M a year and $5,500 above that, both starting with a free 60-minute audit.
What to know: Retention Control is not listed in Omnisend’s agency directory, and it does not publish an Omnisend-specific case study. If a directory tier or an Omnisend case study is your first requirement, start with CLVmaxers, Enflow Digital or Ecommerce Boost. Our retention marketing services page explains what each retainer covers on any platform.
2. CLVmaxers: best for Omnisend-first work with published prices
CLVmaxers calls itself “An Omnisend-first agency for Shopify and WooCommerce brands” (Omnisend page). It runs “Welcome, cart and browse abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back and VIP flows”, and says it “works with stores in the UK, EU and US” (contact page).
Omnisend evidence: – Migration: a dedicated service to “Move from Klaviyo to Omnisend without losing a day of sending”, where “A straight migration takes less than 5 days” (migration page). – Result: “65%+ average open rate within six months for Rockin Royalty, a baby apparel brand, up from under 15%” (homepage). – Directory: listed as Partner (profile).
Pricing: builds “From $1,000” as a one-time project and ongoing work “From $500” a month (homepage).
What to know: the clearest Omnisend specialist in this guide, and one of only three that publish prices. Its other results are anonymised.
3. Enflow Digital: best for brands that want a Strategic Partner, including Magento stores
Enflow Digital, based in Vilnius, says it holds “Strategic Partner status with Omnisend” and describes itself as “the retention partner behind $50M+ in ecommerce revenue” (homepage). Its Omnisend page says it handles “everything from strategy and migration to campaign setup, automation, and reporting” (Omnisend page).
Omnisend evidence: – Directory: listed as Strategic Partner (profile). – Magento: a free integration that “connects your Magento 2 store directly to Omnisend via their official APIs” (integration page). – Scale: it says it “has helped 50+ ecommerce brands scale with Omnisend email marketing and SMS automation” (Omnisend page).
What to know: its own pages disagree with each other. The homepage says “Top 5 Omnisend Agency Partner” while the Omnisend page says “Top 3 Global Agency Partners”, and the homepage and About page give different revenue and client totals. The directory’s Strategic Partner label is the figure to rely on.
4. NFQ.email: best for teams that want long Omnisend history and technical support
NFQ.email, based in Kaunas, says it has been empowering brands “to unlock the full potential of email marketing and automation” for over 15 years (about page). Its Omnisend link is older than the Omnisend name: “2014 m. We became the official ambassadors for the Soundest platform (rebranded as Omnisend in 2018).”
Omnisend evidence: – Support role: its client support team “looks after Omnisend’s quadruple-digit number of customers” (about page). – Directory: listed as Strategic Partner (profile).
What to know: its client stories do not name the platform behind their numbers, so we do not quote them as Omnisend results. A small team: the homepage says “team of 10”.
5. Ecommerce Boost: best for a fast, done-for-you Omnisend setup
Ecommerce Boost lists offices in San Francisco, Melbourne and London and sells a fixed Omnisend setup: “We’ll get Omnisend fully set up and ready to send in 5 business days” (setup page). It calls itself a “Certified Omnisend Partner” on the same page.
Omnisend evidence: – Directory: listed as Pro Partner (profile). – Result: for Swiss skincare brand Karin Herzog, “Online sales increased by 558% year to date” (case study).
What to know: the Karin Herzog figure covers email, SMS and conversion work together, not Omnisend alone. Its homepage brand count also differs between pages.
6. CodeCrew: best for brands still choosing between Omnisend and Klaviyo
CodeCrew describes itself as “a mature team of 40+ experts in email, SMS and loyalty marketing” and says “As a certified Omnisend Partner” on its Omnisend page (Omnisend page). It also works on Klaviyo, Salesforce, Braze and others.
Omnisend evidence: – Migration both ways: “The great news is that we’ve migrated clients to and from both platforms countless times” (Omnisend page). It is the only agency here that publishes moves in both directions.
What to know: CodeCrew is not listed in Omnisend’s directory, and the case studies on its site are Klaviyo programmes. Its About page calls it “Oakland-based”, while its footer gives a Concord, California address.
7. Lustre Lagoon: best for done-for-you email and SMS for Canadian and US DTC brands
Lustre Lagoon is “a retention and email marketing agency that works with DTC ecommerce brands” (about page), offering “100% done-for-you email and SMS retention marketing” with a “Minimum 9 Automation Workflows” (homepage).
Omnisend evidence: – Client testimonial: “Their direct involvement in handling and implementing marketing automations via Omnisend was a game-changer” (homepage). – Directory: listed as Partner (profile).
What to know: its only partner claim on its own site is a badge, on a page that says “Please note that this page contains affiliate links” (partners page). Its homepage figure “Our 2025 client average: 42.33%” refers to email’s share of store revenue, without naming the platform.
8. Click Thru: best for budget newsletter production with weekly billing
Click Thru, based in Visaginas, Lithuania, offers “Done-For-You Email Marketing For Ecommerce Brands” and says it “specializes in DTC brands on Klaviyo, Omnisend, and similar platforms” (homepage).
Omnisend evidence: – Directory: listed as Partner (profile).
Pricing: “ESSENTIAL $740/month 1 newsletter per week”, “GROWTH $1,400/month 2 newsletters per week” and “SCALE $1,980/month 3 newsletters per week”, plus “Automation flow setup from $200/email (non-recurring)” (homepage).
What to know: priced per newsletter, so it suits brands that mainly need campaigns produced. It makes no partner claim on its own site.
9. eCreations: best for WooCommerce stores that want site and Omnisend from one vendor
eCreations is a Phoenix agency offering “Senior-led WordPress & WooCommerce solutions” that says “we specialize in Omnisend implementation, strategy, and optimization” and calls itself “an Omnisend partner” (Omnisend page). It says it was “Founded in 1997” (about page).
What to know: eCreations is mainly a web development agency, it is not listed in Omnisend’s directory, and it publishes no Omnisend results. It fits WooCommerce stores that want one vendor for the site and the email platform.
How we chose these agencies
We started from Omnisend’s agency directory and searched further afield, then kept only agencies whose own website mentions Omnisend services. Agencies whose sites blocked access or did not mention Omnisend were left out. We did not use star ratings, and no agency paid to be included.
Every quote was compared word for word with the page it links to on 7 October 2026. Agency sites and the directory change, so check the linked page before you rely on a tier or a price.
Questions to ask before you hire an Omnisend agency
- What is your tier in Omnisend’s directory? Then check it yourself. Two agencies here call themselves Omnisend partners without a directory listing.
- How do you migrate consent records? Moving contacts is easy; moving SMS and email consent with its source and date is what protects you.
- Which flows will you rebuild first? Welcome, cart and browse abandonment and post-purchase should come before campaigns.
- Do you also work on Klaviyo? An agency that knows both will tell you honestly if Omnisend is the wrong fit.
- What does a month cost? Three agencies publish prices. Get the rest in writing before you share account access.
Final thoughts
The best Omnisend agency for you is the one whose own site shows Omnisend work and whose directory listing backs up its claims. Check both, ask how a migration handles consent, and get the price in writing. If you want a second opinion on your current Omnisend account first, book a free 60-minute retention audit.
